Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Seoul – First Taste of Korea
Morning: Arrive at Incheon International Airport and complete immigration and baggage formalities. Meet your representative and transfer to central Seoul. Check in at your hotel and take some time to freshen up after the journey.
Afternoon: Begin your Seoul experience with Gwanghwamun Square and the surrounding historic district. Continue towards Myeongdong, one of Seoul’s most popular areas for shopping, cafés and Korean street food. Take a relaxed walk through the lively streets and try local favourites such as tteokbokki, hotteok or Korean-style dumplings.
Evening: Proceed to N Seoul Tower on Namsan Mountain for beautiful panoramic views of Seoul. Enjoy some time around Namsan Park and the observation area before returning towards the city.
Night: Dinner at a Korean restaurant followed by a relaxed evening walk around Myeongdong. Return to the hotel and rest.
Day 2: Royal Seoul – Palaces, Hanok Streets & Modern Seoul
Morning: After breakfast, visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, the most iconic royal palace in Seoul. Explore its grand courtyards, traditional architecture and royal heritage. You may also choose to experience the palace in traditional Korean hanbok attire, which makes for excellent photographs.
Afternoon: Continue to Bukchon Hanok Village, where traditional Korean houses line the narrow hillside streets. Enjoy a relaxed walk through the area before heading to Insadong, known for traditional crafts, tea houses, souvenirs and Korean art.
Evening: Visit Ikseon-dong, a charming neighbourhood where traditional hanok buildings have been transformed into stylish cafés, restaurants and boutique shops. This is a good place to experience the contrast between old and modern Seoul without rushing.
Night: Enjoy dinner at a local Korean restaurant. If you still have energy, take a leisurely walk along Cheonggyecheon Stream before returning to your hotel.
Day 3: Seoul to Busan – High-Speed Rail & Coastal Evening
Morning: Enjoy breakfast and check out from your Seoul hotel. Depending on the final package design, proceed to Seoul Station and board the KTX high-speed train to Busan. The journey takes roughly 2½ hours, giving you a comfortable transition from the capital to Korea’s coastal city.
Afternoon: Arrive in Busan, transfer to your hotel and check in. After lunch and a short break, head towards Haeundae Beach, Busan’s most famous seaside district. Enjoy a relaxed walk along the beach and explore the surrounding cafés and shops.
Evening: Continue to Dongbaekseom Island, where coastal walking paths offer beautiful views of the sea and Busan skyline. Take some time for photographs and enjoy the refreshing coastal atmosphere.
Night: Have dinner around Haeundae and experience Busan’s lively evening atmosphere. Return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 4: Busan Discovery – Culture, Markets & Coastal Views
Morning: After breakfast, visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, dramatically positioned beside the coastline. The combination of traditional Buddhist architecture and ocean views makes this one of Busan’s most memorable sights.
Afternoon: Continue towards Gamcheon Culture Village, famous for its colourful hillside houses, murals, small galleries and winding lanes. Enjoy a relaxed exploration rather than trying to cover every corner. After lunch, proceed to Jagalchi Fish Market, one of Busan’s best-known seafood markets. Experience the lively atmosphere and explore the nearby BIFF Square and Gukje Market for local snacks and shopping.
Evening: Head towards Gwangalli Beach. Relax beside the waterfront and enjoy views of the illuminated Gwangan Bridge. The area has plenty of cafés and restaurants, making it ideal for a relaxed evening.
Night: Dinner featuring Busan specialties such as seafood or dwaeji gukbap. Return to the hotel and relax.
Day 5: Busan to Jeju – Island Arrival & Local Flavours
Morning: Enjoy breakfast and check out. Depending on your flight schedule, spend some free time around Haeundae or enjoy a relaxed café before transferring to Gimhae International Airport.
Afternoon: Fly from Busan to Jeju Island. After arrival, meet your driver/representative and transfer to your hotel. Check in and take some time to relax.
Evening: Begin your Jeju experience with Dongmun Traditional Market. Explore the market's food stalls and local products while experiencing the island's everyday atmosphere. Try Jeju specialities such as black pork, seafood dishes and local tangerine products.
Night: Take a relaxed walk around Jeju City's waterfront area before returning to the hotel.
Day 6: Jeju Island – Volcanic Landscapes & Scenic Coast
Morning: After breakfast, begin your island sightseeing with Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak). Enjoy the spectacular volcanic landscape and, if you are comfortable with the climb, walk towards the crater viewpoint.
Afternoon: Continue towards the Seopjikoji coastal area, known for its dramatic coastline and open landscapes. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing towards O’sulloc Tea Museum and the surrounding green tea fields.
Evening: Enjoy some relaxed time at one of Jeju’s scenic cafés or coastal viewpoints. Rather than filling the evening with another major attraction, keep this part of the day free for photography and relaxation.
Night: Enjoy a final Jeju dinner featuring fresh seafood or Jeju-style cuisine. Return to your hotel and relax.
Day 7: Jeju – Waterfalls, Local Life & Departure
Morning: After breakfast, check out and begin your final Jeju sightseeing. Visit Cheonjiyeon Waterfall or Jeongbang Waterfall, depending on the final routing and weather. Enjoy a short nature walk through the surrounding greenery.
Afternoon: Continue towards Seongeup Folk Village or another convenient local attraction depending on your departure time. Enjoy lunch and some final shopping for Jeju tea, snacks, cosmetics and souvenirs.
Evening: Transfer to Jeju International Airport for your onward flight. If your international flight departs from Seoul, take a domestic flight from Jeju to Seoul and connect with your onward journey.
Night: Departure with wonderful memories of Seoul's modern energy, Busan's coastal charm and Jeju's volcanic landscapes.
