Services Not Eligible for Refund
Certain types of bookings are designated as strictly non-refundable under most circumstances. We encourage all clients to review their booking details carefully before confirming, especially for offers that fall into these categories, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Flight Booking Refunds
Refunds for flight tickets are exclusively governed by the policies of the respective airline. The amount potentially refunded will be influenced by several variables, including the specific fare class purchased, the precise moment your cancellation request is received, and any penalties imposed by the airline. An additional service fee from Bhrraman Tours & Travel may also be applied.
"Important Note: Many low-cost airline tickets are entirely non-refundable. If an airline cancels a flight, any refund is contingent upon the airline's direct approval and processing."
Hotel Booking Refunds
Refund eligibility for hotel accommodations is determined by the individual hotel's cancellation policy. For bookings designated as 'refundable,' a partial or full refund may be issued, subject to the hotel's stipulated cancellation timeframe. Conversely, 'non-refundable' bookings will not qualify for any refund. Instances where guests fail to check-in without prior cancellation ('No Show' cases) are also strictly non-refundable.
Holiday Package Cancellations
Cancellations of holiday packages incur specific charges based on how close the cancellation is to the travel date. These charges are designed to cover non-recoverable costs already committed to various vendors and suppliers.
30 or more days before travel: A deduction of 10–20% of the total package cost.
15 to 30 days before travel: A deduction of 30–50% of the total package cost.
7 to 15 days before travel: A deduction of 50–75% of the total package cost.
Less than 7 days before travel or 'No Show': 100% non-refundable.
Please be advised that the exact charges may fluctuate depending on the specific vendors and services included in your package.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
To ensure proper processing, all requests for cancellation must be formally submitted through our designated communication channels. Your cancellation is deemed valid only after you receive a confirmation from our dedicated team. The official time of cancellation will be recorded based on when we successfully receive your request.

Upon the approval of a refund request, the processing typically takes between 7 to 15 working days. However, the exact duration until the funds are credited back to your account can vary, depending on the operational timelines of your bank, the specific payment gateway utilized, and the processing schedules of airlines or hotels involved.
Method of Refund Disbursement
All refunds will be exclusively processed using the original payment method employed during the booking. For security and reconciliation purposes, cash refunds will not be provided unless the original payment was also made in cash.
Applicable Deductions
The final refunded amount may be subject to various deductions. These can include established cancellation charges, our administrative service fees, charges levied by payment gateways, and certain taxes that may be non-refundable according to regulations.
Force Majeure Clause (Limitation of Liability)
In situations involving disruptions caused by events beyond human control or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, widespread pandemics, governmental travel restrictions, civil unrest, or airline strikes, refunds may be limited or entirely unavailable. In these extraordinary cases, any potential refund will be strictly determined by the policies of the individual suppliers involved.
No Show Policy
A 'No Show' occurs when a traveler fails to utilize booked services, such as a flight, hotel reservation, or a complete package, without having formally cancelled in advance. In such instances, 100% cancellation charges will be applied, resulting in no refund.
Refund Dispute Resolution
Should you have any concerns or disputes regarding a processed refund, these must be formally communicated to us within 7 days of the refund transaction. Claims raised beyond this stipulated period may not be considered for review or resolution.
